Nirai Kanai — A Journey Carried by the Wind: Sea, Forest, and Land
In Okinawan belief, beyond the distant sea lies Nirai Kanai, an ideal realm inhabited by the gods.
Inspired by the powerful and abundant nature of Okinawa, this art curation was conceived to accompany guests as they surrender themselves to the slow rhythm of island time. By thoughtfully placing contemporary artworks alongside traditional Yachimun ceramics and Ryukyu glass, the space evokes an atmosphere befitting an Okinawan resort hotel.
